Femi Wright – Managing Partner

With 11 years experience in risk based auditing, financial control & reporting, financial due diligence, loan and equity financing and tax planning & compliance, Femi is equipped with extensive analysis, reporting, projects and man-management skills.

Femi’s experience spans over 11 industries in Europe and Africa.

Between 2007 and 2010, Femi was General Manager Finance of Helios Towers Nigeria Limited, Nigeria’s first telecommunications infrastructure colocation company.

Whilst at PricewaterhouseCoopers, in addition to managing statutory audits of medium to large sized group companies with turnovers between N5 billion and N20 billion, he also led an experienced team in a widely publicised forensic audit engagement.

Prior to coming to Nigeria in April 2006, Femi was Practice Senior at Wilson Wright & Co (WW), chartered accountants and registered auditors in London, UK for over 4 years. In addition to audit and taxation work, at WW he was part of the Business Services Unit, an outsourcing function where he performed financial control, human resources, executive training and management accounting services for international clients with headquarters outside the UK.

Femi is a fellow of ACCA and an associate member of ICAN. He is also a BA (Hons) Accounting and Finance graduate of Middlesex University Business School, Hendon, London.

Jide Williams – Partner

A Chartered Certified Accountant with over 10 years post qualification experience, equipped with extensive analysis, reporting, projects, people and team management skills.

Over the past 13 years, Jide has gained vast amounts of experience from several project areas ranging from IFRS accounting, information systems (Oracle, SAP), business process cycles, regulatory compliance (most notably Sarbox), fixed assets, documenting, implementing and upgrades of financial applications and decision tools.

In the 3 years prior to relocating to Nigeria in 2008, Jide worked on a consultancy basis, contracting with leading organisations across different industry sectors, which has helped to further consolidate his skills-set and thorough understanding of core accounting and management concepts embedded across different businesses and organisational framework.

Jide is a fellow of ACCA and a BA (Hons) Economics graduate of Thames Valley University, London, UK.
